We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and close sales deals efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Record all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, Financial Services, SaaS].
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Ability to work independently and handle field visits if required.
Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.
Number of new clients acquired.
Conversion rate (lead to sale).
Client retention and satisfaction.
Timely reporting and CRM updates.
Fixed salary based on experience and market standards.
