Banking Credit Card Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers for credit card and banking solutions.
Present credit card features and benefits to potential customers.
Explain card features, available benefits, and eligibility requirements.
Address customer queries and assist them in making informed decisions.
Achieve individual and team performance goals.
Maintain customer records and activity reports.
Coordinate with banking partners and internal support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, education counselling, or banking services.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
