Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining our products and services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Explain company products/services in a clear and convincing manner.

  • Identify and qualify interested leads for further processing.

  • Handle queries and follow up with existing customers.

  • Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM/Excel.

  • Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

  • Prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service (Freshers can also apply).

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, English will be an advantage).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Positive attitude and convincing ability.
