Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and convert inquiries into orders.
Follow up with customers until order confirmation and payment.
Maintain customer records and update sales information.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
