ARA Herbal is looking for a friendly and confident Ayurvedic Calling Executive to communicate with customers, explain our healthcare supplements, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of Ayurvedic products and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential and existing customers to explain ARA Herbal healthcare supplements.
Answer customer inquiries about products and their benefits.
Guide customers in choosing suitable Ayurvedic healthcare supplements.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and feedback.
Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Ayurveda and healthcare supplements.
Ability to speak politely and confidently over the phone.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare sales is preferred but not mandatory.
