Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Sales Executive (Tele Caller) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2B sales through telecalling, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients (retailers, distributors, wholesalers)
Generate and qualify leads for sales opportunities
Explain product features and benefits to customers
Maintain and update customer database
Follow up with existing and potential clients
Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing
Requirements
Female candidate preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or B2B sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Fluency in Hindi and English (local language is a plus)
