Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our NBFC operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, coordinating loan applications, and achieving sales targets for short-term personal loan products.

Candidates having prior experience in Payday Loan or Digital Lending industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage customer leads through calls and other channels.
Explain loan products and guide customers through the application process.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursal.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Handle customer documentation and basic verification coordination.
Maintain proper records and MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of NBFC or financial products preferred.
Experience in Payday Loan / Digital Lending industry will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
