Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Convert company-generated leads into successful sales.
Explain agricultural products and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and other customers.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Assist and mentor junior sales executives whenever required.
