Telesales Executive – Payday Loans
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell payday loan products to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining loan products, and guiding customers through the application process while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote payday loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the verification and operations team for loan processing.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on company policy).
6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in financial services or loans.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
