The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with social media platforms. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, promoting our travel packages, and helping them plan memorable trips.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote domestic and international travel packages.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about tours, offers, and services.
Maintain customer databases and update records using basic computer applications.
Effectively communicate travel options, offers, and benefits to customers.
Use social media knowledge to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
Follow up with clients to ensure successful booking and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data entry).
Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for customer outreach.
