Job Description-
1) Engage with potential clients to understand their financial requirements and determine their eligibility for the company's loan products.
2) Explain the features, benefits, and policies of loan products accurately and maintain a strong understanding of competitors' offerings.
3) Guide prospects through the application process, handle objections, and work towards converting them into customers to meet sales targets.
4)Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and loan processing activities in the CRM
