We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate financial products and solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and disbursement processes.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client updates, and market insights.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings as required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure adherence to company policies and ethics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in financial services, banking, or NBFC).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
