Identify and develop new business opportunities for tour packages and travel services.
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries from customers.
Explain domestic and international tour packages to clients clearly and convincingly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/system regularly.
2 to 4 years of experience in sales (tourism/travel/ Any Industry).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Any degree is acceptable; candidates without a degree but with strong sales and system knowledge can apply.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
