Job Description:
Support day-to-day sales and distribution operations, maintain distributor and outlet data, and coordinate backend processes through DMS, CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage distributor and outlet master data, updates and compliance.
Handle DMSR management, beat alignment, outlet transfers and route updates.
Process backend requests through CRM workflows.
Support order processing, invoicing, inventory transactions and system operations.
Verify data accuracy and coordinate with internal and field teams.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce, Management, IT or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, DMS, CRM or ERP.
Strong MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables and MIS Reporting.
Knowledge of ERP systems, Tally Prime and CRM workflows.
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
