Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
Generate and maintain leads through telecalling.
Follow up with clients for business opportunities and appointments.
Maintain a record of calls and update the customer database.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
