Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth in the services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating new business, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

·    Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry dynamics. 

·    Target Audience Identification: Define and segment target customer groups based on demographics, psychographics, behavior, and needs.

·    Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and cultivate potential sales leads through various channels (digital, events, referrals, cold outreach).

 

·    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 

·    Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to close, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

 

·  Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, sales volume) to identify areas for improvement.

·  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer experience.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Education: Graduation (Any stream), MBA/Marketing and sales preferred

·         Experience:  In Sales or Marketing

Required Skills:

·         Good verbal and written communication.

·         Confidence in client handling and pitching services.

·         Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.
