Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Executive Job Responsibilities: 1. Outbound/Inbound Calling: o Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. o Receive incoming calls and answer customer queries. 2. Lead Generation: o Generate leads and follow up on potential prospects. o Maintain a database of customers and update it regularly. 3. Sales & Promotion: o Pitch products/services over the phone. o Explain product features, benefits, pricing, etc. o Convert leads into sales (in tele sales roles). 4. Customer Support: o Resolve customer complaints or queries. o Provide accurate information and handle objections. 5. Follow-up: o Schedule callbacks and maintain follow-up schedules. o Ensure timely and consistent communication with clients. Working Hours: • 9 :30 AM to 6 :30 PM. • 6 days a week is standard. Eligibility Criteria: • Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or Graduate • Experience: 1–2+ years • Salary: upto 20K(PF and Insurance) • Industry: Any industry exp • Skills: o Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language). o Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). o Convincing and negotiation skills. o Patience and listening skills.
