🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
THE CANDIDATE MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE WITHIN 0–5 KM OF BANER, PUNE.
Candidates residing beyond 5 KM of Baner will NOT be considered.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle gym membership sales, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references and local outreach.
Conduct gym tours and explain memberships, packages and facilities.
Follow up with prospective and existing members to drive conversions and renewals.
Maintain daily sales records, lead databases and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure excellent member experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1–6+ years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, energetic and confident personality.
Good knowledge of sales follow-up and lead conversion.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Local candidate residing within 0–5 KM of Baner is mandatory.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
💰 SALARY
₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives
Depending on experience, skills and performance.
