Job Description – Sales Coordinator
Location: Budhpur, Delhi
Experience: 0 to 4 Years
Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with customer communication, order processing, documentation, and follow-ups. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, payments, and deliveries.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, Excel trackers, and customer records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Update customer details, sales activities, and order status in Excel or CRM.
Assist in preparing quotations, sales documentation, and MIS reports.
Track pending orders and communicate updates to the concerned teams.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience may apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication, organisational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior knowledge of CRM software or B2B sales coordination is an advantage.
