• Customers ko outbound calls karna (kabhi inbound calls bhi handle karni hoti hain)

• Product/service explain karna

• Customer ke doubts clear karna

• Sales close karna (deal final karwana)

• Daily call reports maintain karna

• Follow-up calls karna interested customers ke sath
