Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
