Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Execution: Reach out to inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp; schedule client demos/meetings for field sales teams.

  • Order Processing & Operations: Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices, and process client sales orders accurately and promptly.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain clear communication with prospective and existing clients, address inquiries, resolve basic queries, and provide excellent post-sales support.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise between sales, logistics, finance, and product/service teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

  • CRM & Data Maintenance: Keep sales records, client databases, and pipeline activities updated in the CRM software.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports, status trackers, and pipeline summaries for management.
