The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through field visits and customer engagement.
Visit potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals effectively.
Maintain records of sales activities, client meetings, and feedback.
Conduct product presentations and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in field or B2B sales (fashion, retail, or FMCG preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
