💰 COMPENSATION & BREAKDOWN
Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000/- (Target-based upon achieving an 80% performance matrix)
Performance Incentives: ₹6,000/- to ₹7,000/- (Based on team conversions and personal targets)
Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹15,000/- per month.
Payout Cycle: Monthly Payout Process upon successfully crossing the 80% performance tier.

🎯 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Building & Recruitment: Sourcing and screening prospective freelance candidates from job portals (WorkIndia, OLX Jobs). Conducting Round 1 telephonic interviews to map candidate profiles.
Operations & Coordination: Managing a dedicated team of Junior Executives/Freelancers. Ensuring daily tracking of operations and monitoring their attendance through Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
Product Sourcing: Driving the promotion and distribution of high-demand BFSI products. Core focus includes facilitating digital merchant sign-ups and Video-KYC processing for the Tide India Platform.
Organic Lead Generation: Implementing organic outreach strategies across digital channels (Facebook groups, pages, local communities) to generate warm leads for banking products and the portfolio's food segment (Heti's Kitchen).
Reporting: Directly reporting to the State Head and Corporate HQ to sync daily group achievements.
🎓 ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification: 12th Passout / Undergraduate / Graduate.
Target Profiles: Open for ambitious Students, Professionals, and individuals with leadership or team coordination mindsets.
Age Limit: Minimum 18+ Years.
Key Skills: Good verbal communication (Hindi & Basic English), proficiency in operating smartphone dashboards/trackers, and team handling skills.
Daily Commitment: 2 to 3 flexible hours per day along with mandatory alignment and corporate training sessions.

⚙️ SELECTION, ONBOARDING & TRAINING PROCESS FLOWC
andidates must successfully clear the following structured corporate sequence:
Stage 1 (Telephonic Interview Round): Initial screening and absolute profile evaluation will be personally conducted via telephone by Mr. Avinash Kumar Pandey (State Head & HR Authority).
Stage 2 (HQ Document Verification): Shortlisted candidate profiles and mandatory documents will be forwarded to the Corporate Head Office (HQ) for secondary authentication.
Stage 3 (Operational Group Induction): Verified candidates will be added to the official operational batch communication groups.
Stage 4 (Mega Orientation Meeting): Candidates will attend a mandatory orientation panel conducted by Mr. Avinash Kumar Pandey (State Head), Mr. Prem Kumar (HQ In-Charge), and the Managing Director (MD). Complete company layout, operational targets, roles, and guidelines will be clarified during this session.
