Sales Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and invoicing.

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Track sales targets, performance metrics, and report regularly to sales management.

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations as required.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and product demos.

• Support in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.

• Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts department for receivables.

• Ensure adherence to company sales policies and processes.
