Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at engineering company . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails and website.
  • * Make telesales calls and follow up on leads and quotations.
  • * Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
  • * Understand customer requirements and explain products.
  • * Coordinate with Production & Dispatch teams for orders and deliveries.
  • * Maintain customer, enquiry and order records in ERP/CRM.
  • * Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.

* ERP/CRM experience preferred.

* **Technical/Engineering/Industrial/Valves/Plumbing product experienced will be an advantage.**

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
