Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day sales coordination and sales support activities.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, customers, targets and follow-ups.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS.
Prepare sales performance and target achievement reports.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer and sales-related data in Excel.
Prepare and maintain commission/incentive calculation reports.
Track sales targets, achievements, pending orders and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding commission and incentive-related information.
Prepare management reports as required.
Handle documentation and other office coordination work related to sales.
Follow up with the sales team for pending information, orders and payments.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of all sales records.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Sales Coordination and Sales Operations.
Knowledge of sales targets, commission and incentive-based calculations.
Excellent MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Candidate
Graduate preferred.
3–6+ years of experience in Sales Coordination/MIS/Sales Support.
Candidates having experience in FMCG or consumer products will be preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working with sales targets and commission/incentive calculations.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
