Job Summary:-
We are looking for a graduate with 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding to support the sales team. The role involves handling quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations with customers and the sales team.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business.

• Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of shipments.

• Prepare proposals and handle related documentation.

• Maintain CRM systems and generate timely reports.

• Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
