Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with models, artists, and production teams

• Assist in organizing shoots, auditions, and casting calls

• Maintain talent databases and project records

• Support in creative planning and execution of modeling assignments

• Manage communication between clients and talent

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Passion for the fashion/entertainment industry

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Prior experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of modeling and casting processes
