Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders accurately and timely
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documentation
Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and dispatch schedules
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order status and delivery timelines
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Handle inquiries from clients via phone, email, or portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia)
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred)
CRM/ERP knowledge is an added advantage
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
