Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client interactions, proposals, order processing, and project coordination. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and BOQs for retail interior projects

• Coordinate with clients, design, estimation, and project teams for timely updates

• Follow up with clients on approvals, payments, and project requirements

Order & Documentation Management

• Maintain sales orders, contracts, and agreements

• Prepare and track POs, invoices, and delivery schedules

• Update CRM / MIS with sales data, leads, and project status

Client Coordination

• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams

• Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Handle queries related to orders, products, or services

Reporting & MIS

• Generate daily / weekly / monthly sales reports

• Track pending approvals, deliveries, and client feedback

• Support management with data-driven insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline, Sales / Marketing preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or office coordination

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Interior Design, Retail Fit-Out, or Turnkey Projects

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems

• Understanding of BOQ, quotations, and project timelines

CTC: As per company standards

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
