• Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, documents, and communication
• Handle order processing with accuracy and timely follow-ups
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
• Inform clients about delays, issues, or changes proactively
• Maintain and organize personnel and sales-related records
• Update internal databases and customer information regularly
• Answer questions related to products and company services
• Understand customer requirements and support sales closure
• Achieve sales targets, preferably through telephonic coordination
