Job Overview:
· Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, quotations, and order documentation.
· Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
· Track sales leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status using CRM or Excel tools.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
· Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and sales activities.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams to ensure stock availability.
· Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
· Process sales orders and coordinate with operations/logistics for timely delivery.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding products/services.
· Support after-sales communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
· Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar support role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
