📢 Urgent Requirement – Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Vadodara
Experience Required: 5 – 6 Years

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA / MBA)
OR
• Diploma in Printing / Diploma in Plastics / IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging)

Role Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating customer requirements, order processing, documentation, and communication between internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Order Coordination

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate system entry.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.

2. Customer Communication

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal departments.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related sales documentation.
• Maintain sales trackers, order records, and customer databases.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS for management.

4. Internal Coordination

• Liaise with purchase, production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support the sales team in resolving customer requirements and order-related issues.

Key Requirements

• Strong communication and professional email drafting skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency required.
• Excellent client communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing / printing processes.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in the printing / packaging / flexible packaging industry.
• Exposure to BRCGS / ISO audits.
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.

Additional Information

• Residence preferred near New Sama Road, Vadodara or near Por GIDC area.
• Company transport facility will be provided from Sardar Estate at 7:30 AM for selected candidates.
