Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing coordination, documentation, and communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing
Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and invoices
Maintain sales records, CRM data, and customer databases
Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and documentation
Coordinate with operations and service teams for execution after order confirmation
Handle email communication with clients and internal departments
Support sales managers with reports, MIS, and sales tracking
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in sales coordination or back-office support preferred
