Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales team, ensure proper customer communication, and support the smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
- team follow-ups, customer inquiries, and sales activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses and proper coordination between customers and the internal sales team.
- Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with the sales team to ensure leads are handled efficiently.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving overall performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Tele Sales, or Customer Coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
