Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Officer to join our financial services team. The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing and processing loan applications, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills and have a solid understanding of banking and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for various loan products (personal, home, auto, business loans, etc.)

• Promote and sell loan products by understanding customer needs and offering suitable financial solutions.

• Guide customers through the entire loan application process, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to process applications and ensure timely disbursal.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor products.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
