1.Looking for an enthusiastic, Target oriented and customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email, New leads through websites, Online promotions and telephone inquiries.

2.Should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.

3. Should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.

4.Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

5.Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through calling and mailing on existing data.

6.Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

7. Utilizing virtual Medium to build relationship with customers

8. Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the production department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

9.Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

10.Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

11.Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
