Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations and customer handling. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, manage client communication, process orders, and ensure smooth execution of sales operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team to handle client inquiries and quotations.

• Prepare and follow up on sales orders, proforma invoices, and delivery schedules.

• Liaise between production, dispatch, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and track outstanding orders.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and handle daily sales reporting.

• Respond to customer queries related to order status, pricing, and stock availability.

• Assist in coordinating dispatches and logistics with warehouse and transport teams.

• Ensure smooth internal communication between departments like accounts, production, and logistics.

• Follow up on payment collection with clients and update records accordingly.

• Support the preparation of monthly sales reports and MIS.
