Job Profile: Telecalling Sales Executive (Female)

📍 Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to handle and convert online sales enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead handling, customer communication, quotation preparation, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to enquiries received via IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online platforms
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product offerings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare and share quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI)
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for order execution
Communicate effectively via phone, WhatsApp, and email
