Identify, research, and source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Assess client needs, understand their pain points, and present tailored product or service demonstrations
Target procurement managers, plant directors, and supply chain heads within target organizations.
Address customer concerns, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize sales to meet revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, account expansion, and repeat business
Highly self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools
Assist the sales team in managing and organizing their daily activities.
Help create and maintain sales materials, such as brochures and product catalogues.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all order details are correct.
Monitor order status and coordinate with various departments tov ensure on-time delivery.
Keep track of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Assist in identifying potential sales leads and opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management
