Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and coordinating meetings with senior sales and technical team members to facilitate business discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong relationships.
Schedule and coordinate video meetings between clients, senior sales representatives, and technical team members.
Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated to the internal teams.
Follow up with clients regarding meeting confirmations and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system.
Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to understand client requirements and relay them effectively.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and client handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role preferred.
