We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to manage parent leads, tutor coordination, and trial class scheduling. The role involves handling enquiries, matching suitable tutors, and ensuring smooth communication between parents and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads (calls & WhatsApp).
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable tutors.
Coordinate trial classes and collect feedback.
Follow up for conversions and renewals.
Maintain basic lead and tutor records (Google Sheets/CRM).

Skills Required

Good communication (English mandatory).
Confident on calls & follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge.
Organized and responsible.
