🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a Female Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal departments. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of sales coordination activities in an industrial products environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

• Prepare and send quotations to clients

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order processing

• Maintain sales records, customer database, and reports

• Follow up with customers for quotations and orders

• Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for order execution

• Maintain proper documentation related to sales activities

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Good communication skills (English, Hindi / Marathi)
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
✔ Customer coordination and follow-up skills
✔ Basic understanding of industrial products / manufacturing industry
