Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
Share product details, images, pricing, and availability through digital channels
Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) at the showroom or office
Support in developing long-term relationships with wholesale and retail buyers
Provide post-sales support and address any customer complaints or queries
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written in English and Hindi)
Good command of WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic computer applications (Excel, Word)
Customer service orientation with a pleasant and polite personality
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic understanding of textile/saree industry is a plus
Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Marketing preferred)
