About the RoleThe Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role ensures timely execution of sales activities and supports the team in achieving targets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations and schedules.Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails with clients.Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and documentation.Handle inbound queries from customers and provide timely responses.Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations for order processing and delivery.Track sales leads, maintain follow-up records, and update CRM systems.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.Support recruitment, onboarding, or documentation for sales team members (if required).Ensure smooth communication between Sales Managers, Territory Officers, and internal teams.Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and share updates with the team.
