Coordinate between sales team, accounts, service, and logistics for smooth operations.

 Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, and pending deliveries.

 Track sales targets vs achievements (orders & invoices).

 Follow up with customers and sales team on pending orders, invoices, and payments.

 Prepare MIS reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

 Support sales managers with data, presentations, and analysis.

 Maintain CRM/ERP system and ensure accuracy of sales data.

 Monitor KPIs and highlight gaps in sales performance.

 Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis.
