Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients regarding orders and inquiries.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

• Maintain customer records and sales data.

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery coordination.

• Handle client communications through calls, emails, and messages.

• Generate sales reports and MIS as required.

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
