JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES COORDINATOR (ORDER TO CASH)
Company: Alpha Enterprises / Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Near Tambaram, Chennai
Industry: Manufacturing, Prefabrication & Building Materials
Product Divisions: Prefabricated Cabins & Structures, UPVC Doors & Windows
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle the complete Sales Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from order confirmation to final payment collection.
Coordinate with customers for purchase orders, order confirmation, and payment terms.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Follow up with customers for advance payments, pending balances, and final payment settlements.
Maintain customer details, order status, invoices, payment records, and outstanding reports in MS Excel.
Handle emails, data entry, typing, documentation, and customer correspondence.
Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on order progress, delivery status, and outstanding payments.
Ensure timely closure of orders from order receipt to complete payment realization.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and typing.
Tamil is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and customer follow-up skills.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, UPVC, or prefabrication will be an added advantage.
Candidates residing in and around Tambaram are preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
