Key Responsibilities :

Managing customer relationships, updating CRM systems, and handling customer inquiries.

Processing sales orders, coordinating with logistics, and tracking deliveries.

Generating sales reports and performance metrics for management.

Assisting the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

Preparing sales documents, contracts, and presentations.

Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies and goals.

Tracking and evaluating sales information and industry trends.

Coordinating with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services.

Understanding crop protection products

Familiarity with various agrochemicals and their applications

Skills :

Proficiency in CRM software
